PASSENGER ENGAGEMENT

While working for the largest surface transport operator in the UK and North America, I assisted the development of the initial creative with an external Agency, and partnered with internal marketing teams across the nation to promote the benefits of bus travel to the public. This involved creating material that ultimately became the style of UK Bus operations across on/off bus advertising, print material and strategic marketing across radio, television and internet.

Driving ticket sales through the reinforcement of positive messaging via a warm friendly and fresh aesthetic, we focused on targeting customers with the ‘We Believe’ branch of slogans and supporting visual graphics. These campaigns also incorporated large and numerous internal staff engagement campaigns and educational material to ensure delivery of our promise.

Stefan has broad capabilities in graphic design and always engages whilst adding something extra to the brief. His creative ideas and application are excellent, as is his conscientiousness and willingness to achieve objectives – due to the fact he is also very capable of working independently, with others and managing a busy workload.
