Creating a cracking logo is one thing (see that here), launch and implementation of a culture is another, especially in difficult economic times with aggresive targets. But that’s all part of the challenge. Launched at the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Conference in London, the Exceed rebrand was a success and well recieved both internally and externally.
Whilst also ensuring accessibility and practical use of the newly rebranded material, I continued to assist in the on-going marketing strategy by producing high and consistent designs for larger projects and key marketing material, adding value throughout. Using my creative abilities and judgment, I provided a high level of Art Direction when commissioning suppliers, motivating other professionals and managing projects to deliver inspiring solutions for advertising and others communications across a variety of channels.
Producing the right ‘look and feel’, with the right message to the right audeince all whilst meeting the deadline & budget. Together with ensuring a consistency of material, my Art Direction considered detail such as the unique offering, target audience and required selling points, all helping to shape the campaigns and therefore; establishing the brand in the marketplace and advancing the marketing strategy.
Stefan has been instrumental in creating new marketing collateral, delivering a new website, and supporting the various stakeholders across the business. He has an exceptional ability to listen, interpret, and execute a brief as well as to ask the right questions to provide creative solutions.
