Following aggresive plans to expand and take the business to the next level, not least to become a $100m business within the next five years, I was approached to partner in a strategic review and rebrand. This wasn’t a light ‘paint job’ but an intensive project to define a culture, tell a professional story and promote one unified approach, enabling targeted growth on the world stage.
Gaining an understanding from research and stakeholder workshops, I worked closely alongside the Marketing Manager to produce innovative ideas and creative concepts to fulfil the brief and align with the business strategy.
Inspired by the refreshed core values, I created an identity inspried by their most important asset, their people. Creating a strong monolithic solution (with built in flexibility for sub-branding) that brought a sense of unity to the team on all corners of the globe.
The final form is clean, confident and memorable – representing an organisation focused on delivering excellence. Continuing the project by supporting the implementation and continued promotion, I developed high quality designs for key items on a range of mediums to raise the overall profile of Exceed and support business development.
